为培养未来国际青年领袖，并推动复旦大学教育事业的发展，同时体现双方对中外人文交流的高度重视和国际社群缔造的共同目标。Airbnb 在复旦大学设立国内首个国际青年复旦奖学金项目（Airbnb Go-Global Fudan Scholarship），该项目以资助住宿金的模式，帮助每年获奖的复旦学生前往全世界学习并获得丰富的多元文化体验。学习目的地包括Airbnb全球运营的191个国家的65,000多个城市。

为了培养跨国多元人才，为该项目同期还会提供参与到Airbnb当地社区实践以及社会治理项目的机会。因此，该奖学金面不仅仅面向需要财务资助的学生，更着重向有实际学术需求和相关科研需求的申请者提供机会。根据《Airbnb 国际青年复旦奖学金选拔方案》制订评定规则如下：

一、参评对象

复旦大学在籍在册的，并已获得学校或学院出国交流项目（包括I类和II类）资格的学生（本科、硕士、博士及MPA学生）。为了更好的对接全球社会实践资源，有相关学术需求和科研需求的学生会优先考虑，包括如下学科：国际关系，国际政治，公共管理，外交学，公共政策，以及行政管理。

本着包容与尊重的原则，Airbnb全球所倡导的非歧视政策会体现在奖学金中。本奖学金会酌情优先考虑特殊群体和女性申请者。

二、奖学金设置

本次奖学金评审为一带一路项目，共两名，提供交流目的国住宿金

三、参评条件

申报奖学金，必须具备以下条件：

1、遵守宪法和法律，遵守学校规章制度；

2、诚实守信，具有良好的道德品质和行为习惯；

3、参选学生需成绩优异，无德育综合考评不合格，无课程考核不及格，无学校处分。

4、参选学生面向全校，须已获得学校或学院出国交流项目（包括I类和II类）资格，并且目的地为Airbnb全球运营的191个国家的65,000多个城市（目的地数据以当年城市数据为准）。

5、 “一带一路”专项奖学金学生的交流目的地须为一带一路沿线城市。

6、家庭经济困难学生优先，女生优先。

7、获奖学生在海外交流期间，需提交与交流学习内容相关的访学计划和学术报告。报告需要但不仅限于访学计划、学术内容、研究成果等。

四、评选程序

1、设立奖学金评审委员会

2、公示奖学金评审委员会

3、在奖学金评审委员会指导下制订评定规则

4、学生自主申报，在2017年11月27日向评审委员会提交相关的材料；相关材料纸质版交到复旦大学文科楼604室，电子版发送到sirpa_ygz@fudan.edu.cn。

5、评审委员会对于申报材料进行初步的筛选后，组织面试

6、确定获奖名单并公示

五、申请材料

1、Airbnb奖学金申请表；

2、出国交流项目入选通知（可网站截屏或其他方式证明）；

3、在校期间中英文成绩单；

4、如为家庭经济困难学生，请附《家庭经济情况调查表》复印件；

5、访学计划。

6、其他必要相关材料

对以弄虚作假等不道德手段获得奖励者，一经查实，将撤销奖励，追回证书和奖金。

六、其他规定

1、奖学金的评选将在奖学金评审委员会指导下完成，评审委员会由陈明明、竺乾威、潘忠岐、徐以骅、扶松茂、钟惟东、方明、郑雯睿、赵晓惠、曾庆捷、赵剑治、黄以天、郑磊、董一等14人组成。

2、本规则的解释权属于奖学金评审委员会

现对评审规则予以公示。如有异议，请在11月24日前以书面形式（含电子邮件方式）提出。

Airbnb International Youth Fudan Scholarship Application Measures

Fudan University 

In order to cultivate the future international youth leaders and promote the development of education in Fudan University, and reflect the both sides’ great attention to Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges and the common goal for international community. Airbnb has set up the first International Youth Fudan Scholarship in Fudan University to help Fudan students to study and gain a rich cultural experience throughout the world with a subsidized accommodation model. The study destinations include more than 65,000 cities in Airbnb’s 191 countries operating globally.

In order to foster multinational talent, the project will also provide opportunities to participate in Airbnb’s local community practice and social governance projects over the same period. Therefore, the scholarship is not only for students who need financial assistance, but also focus on the actual academic needs and related research needs of the applicant. According to “Airbnb International Youth Fudan Scholarship Selection Program”, the assessment rules developed are as follows:

Ⅰ Scholarship Target

Fudan University students (undergraduate, MSc, PhD and MPA students) who are enrolled in the exchange programs (including Class I and II). In order to better match the global social practice resources, students with relevant academic needs and research needs will be given priority, including the following disciplines: international relations, international politics, public management, diplomacy, public policy, and public administration.

In line with the principle of tolerance and respect, Airbnb global advocacy of non-discrimination policy will be reflected in the scholarship. The scholarship will give priority to special groups and female applicants as appropriate.

Ⅱ Scholarship Set

The scholarship includes “the Belt and the Road ” program for two students.

Ⅲ Application Qualities

Applying for the scholarship, you are required meet the following qualities:

1. Comply with the Constitution and laws, and comply with school rules and regulations;
2. Be honest and trustworthy, with good moral character and behavior.
3. Applicants should have an excellent GPA, with no comprehensive evaluation of moral education failed, no curriculum assessment failed and no university punishment.
4. Applicants from Fudan University need to be selected as exchange students whose destination is a city among over 65,000 cities of 191 countries where there are Airbnb global operations.
5. Applicants of “One Belt, One Road” (B&R) scholarship should participate in exchange programs in a B&R city.
6. Students with economic difficulties first and female students first.
7. Applicants need to submit research plan and academic reports during the overseas exchange period. The report needs to include, but is not limited to, research plans, academic content, research results, etc.

Ⅳ Selection process

1. Establish the scholarship review committee.
2. Publicity.
3. Develop the assessment rules under the guidance of the committee.
4. Applicants should submit related materials to the committee before Nov. 27th, 2017 to Room 604, Wenke Building, Fudan University. An electronic version should be sent to sirpa_ygz@fudan.edu.cn at the same time.
5. After the initial screening, the committee will interview the candidates.
6. Release the list of winners.
